One of our prestigious clients, a reputed steel fabricators factory based in Horana, Sri Lanka, is looking for skilled MIG Welders to join their team immediately.

SALARY: LKR 65,000 – 100,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform MIG welding tasks on steel and metal components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Ensure high-quality welding standards and precision.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools.
• Follow workplace safety protocols and factory guidelines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder in steel fabrication.
• Strong technical and practical welding skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of safety standards and best practices.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Based in or willing to work in Horana.
