Job Role:
The School Coordinator is responsible for coordinating operational and academic execution at the assigned school unit. This role ensures alignment between school management directives and classroom-level implementation, while supporting teachers, maintaining discipline, and facilitating effective communication across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate school management policies into operational action plans.
- Organize teaching schedules, activity calendars, and instructional materials.
- Monitor teaching implementation and adherence to agreed instructional methods.
- Identify resource needs to support academic programs (learning tools, materials, software).
- Collect and analyze performance data of students and staff.
- Prepare progress reports and recommend corrective actions when needed.
- Lead coordination meetings and encourage collaboration among teachers.
- Act as a communication bridge between management and teachers.
- Mediate and resolve operational conflicts at the school level.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Education with minimum 3 years’ experience in school coordination, academic development, and operations at an executive/leadership level.
- Strong planning, scheduling, and resource-management skills, with good understanding of relevant academic standards.
- Ability to lead through influence, coaching, and active listening; service-oriented, proactive, trustworthy, and accountable.
- Courteous, respectful, and supportive of school values.
- Proficient in computer applications and professional-level English for reporting and communication.
