Ideal Profile:

• 2+ years of experience in IT operations

• Skilled in Microsoft 365, Windows 11 platforms, and end-user device administration and upkeep

• Good written and verbal English communication skills for engaging stakeholders across all organizational levels

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and optimize time effectively

• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of IT security and administration

• Document, and report operational issues along with their resolutions

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to fulfill IT needs

• Install, configure, maintain and optimize computer systems and software applications

• Monitor and resolve security related incidents promptly

• Deliver fast, dependable technical support to end users

Ability to work according to the US business hours, 8am to 5pm CST (Night shift) - Required.
