About the Role:

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Metana, you will play a vital role in our brand guideline development, visual identity, content creation and design projects. We're looking for a creative who is able to apply critical thinking and user experience concepts to every aspect of design.

Responsibilities:

• Create Visual Content: Develop engaging graphics for social media, website, and marketing materials.

• Lead Design Projects: Lead various projects including branding, advertisements, and presentations.

• Collaborate with Teams: You will be working in the marketing team, collaborating with operations, product development, and content teams to ensure cohesive design output.

• Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and communicate our message effectively. You will also be tasked with improving upon and expanding our existing brandlines to tell a story to our audience.

• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends and software updates to bring innovative ideas to the table. Tasteful use & integration of AI is encouraged for efficiency.

Requirements:

• Degree in Graphic Design: An HND or higher is preferred, however we will also consider exceptional self-taught or course-taught candidates.

• Prior Experience: Over 2 years of professional experience as a graphic designer

• Proficiency in Design Tools:Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Figma is a must. Additionally Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and other tools is a plus.

• An understanding of UI/UX principals.

• Creativity and Attention to Detail: Strong creative skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail.

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly.

• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your design work and creativity.
