The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and delivering projects across multiple business units while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role manages project timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring successful execution throughout the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and documentation in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Track project progress, prepare status reports, and escalate risks or blockers when necessary.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation plans, and monitor project health.
- Manage vendor coordination and follow project governance standards.
- Support project closure activities, including documentation and lessons learned.

Qualifications

- 3–6 years of experience in managing IT or business projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in preparing project reports, presentations, and basic project documentation.
- Exposure to Agile project environments is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills and Certifications
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster, or Agile certifications (optional but advantageous).
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Confluence, etc.).
- Ability to create workflow diagrams and basic UI/UX flows using tools like Figma, Visio, or AI-based diagramming tools.
