Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Call Center professionals to join our Banking / Financial Services voice process. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a call center or BPO environment, with strong customer handling skills and the ability to deliver high-quality service over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls related to banking products and services
- Assist customers with inquiries, account-related support, and issue resolution
- Provide accurate information while maintaining a professional and courteous tone
- Update and maintain customer records accurately in the system
- Adhere to call scripts, compliance guidelines, and internal processes
- Meet individual and team KPIs including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant departments
- Ensure confidentiality of customer and company information
- Contribute positively to team targets and work culture
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Call Center / BPO / Banking voice process
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Sinhala or Tamil communication is an added advantage
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage call volumes
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
