Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in structured training programs to gain knowledge of company operations, products, and services
  • Assist in day-to-day activities within assigned departments (e.g., sales, inventory, customer service).
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and customer experience.
  • Provide research and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Engage with customers professionally and assist in resolving queries.
  • Promote Hardware Haus products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Able to Identify opportunities for process improvement and share innovative ideas.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company developments.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to supervisors.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply from all regions.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relavant field,such as: Business Management,Finance, IT/Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal).
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
  • Highly self-driven and flexible to work in various function.
  • Integrity, professionalism and positive attitude.
