About the Role

We’re looking for junior engineers who are fundamentally AI-native in how they think, build, and collaborate. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our various partners across different engagements, embedding with cross-functional teams. This role lives at the intersection of applied engineering and partnership execution: fast learning cycles, clear reasoning, and high-agency ownership define your day-to-day. If you enjoy tackling ambitious problems while co-creating with AI-first teammates and external stakeholders, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Build Across Engagements:

• Move fluidly between domains and teams, adapting your AI-first engineering style to each engagement.

Design & Build AI-First Systems:

• Create software using modern AI frameworks, libraries, and toolchains in collaboration with internal teams and partner organizations.
• Treat AI as part of the architecture from ideation through deployment and iteration.

Think Computationally With Partners:

• Break down ambiguous, physical-world and enterprise problems into step-by-step algorithms that can be executed jointly with AI and human collaborators.
• Reason rigorously about edge cases, data quality, latency, and scalability in each environment.

Collaborate as an AI-Native Engineer:

• Work with product managers, senior engineers, and external partner teams to refine requirements and ship at high velocity.
• Communicate your reasoning clearly so AI-assisted work can be shared, split, and improved across stakeholders.

Evaluate the AI Stack:

• Continuously test and adopt new AI platforms and workflows that raise the bar on speed, reliability, and craftsmanship for our partners.
• Contribute back patterns and tooling to the broader Sansa ecosystem.

• Develop deeper technical expertise and business understanding through exposure to multiple partner organizations and industries.

What We’re Looking For

AI-Native Execution DNA:

• Real-world experience with AI coding assistants and AI-first workflows; you engineer differently because you are AI-native at the core.

Computational & Analytical Thinkers:

• Strong problem-solving ability; you frame challenges as algorithms that can be co-executed with AI and partner teams.

Exceptional Collaborators & Partners:

• Excellent ENGLISH communication skills; you listen actively and can translate your thought process for both AI systems and human stakeholders.

Technical Bedrock:

• Computer Science / Engineering degree + experience
