A European-based company is looking for a HR Officer located in Colombo Centre, working remotely on a 50% part-time basis initially, with the possibility to increase workload in the medium term. The role will support HR operations locally and act as a key link with the Head Office HR Manager in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Screening and selection of job applications
• Conducting recruitment interviews in English
• Monitoring and controlling employees’ working hours
• Coordinating and communicating regularly with the HR Manager at Head Office
• Providing HR administrative support and reporting

Required Profile

• Fluent in English and Sinhala (spoken and written)
• Must be based in Colombo Centre
• Strong knowledge of the IT field Ability to understand technical profiles Clear understanding of the difference between frontend and backend developers
• Previous experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage
• Highly organized, autonomous, and discreet
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: LKR 80,000 per month (for full-time equivalent; starting at 50% part-time with possibility to increase over time)
