We are seeking an Odoo Functional Consultant to drive business process analysis, system configuration, and functional implementation of a comprehensive LMS-based ERP solution. In this role, you will bridge business needs with technical solutions by translating operational requirements into effective Odoo workflows, ensuring optimal system utilization across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business processes into functional specifications and Odoo-based workflows.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with organizational operations.
• Design functional process flows for student lifecycle management, finance operations, and internal ERP functions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of functional requirements.
• Support UAT, system testing, and end-user training sessions.
• Prepare user guides, functional documentation, and training materials.
• Provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot functional issues, and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and successful ERP deployments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar ERP functional role.
• Strong understanding of Odoo business modules and workflow configurations.
• Ability to map complex business requirements into functional Odoo solutions.
• Experience in ERP implementations and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with LMS-based solutions (e.g., Moodle, OpenEducat) is a strong advantage.
• Basic understanding of Odoo technical concepts (ORM, modules, workflows) to coordinate effectively with developers.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Odoo Functional Certification is preferred.
