Be Desi is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and customer-centric Manager – Online Customer Service to lead our online customer service operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences across all digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise the online customer service team to ensure high service standards.
• Oversee all online customer interactions including chat, WhatsApp, social media, and email.
• Handle and resolve customer escalations, complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally.
• Coordinate closely with sales, warehouse, logistics, marketing, and showroom teams for timely issue resolution.
• Monitor customer service KPIs, response times, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members on service excellence, brand tone, and customer engagement.
• Ensure consistency in brand image, service etiquette, and communication standards across all platforms.
• Be available via mobile communication after office hours when required for urgent customer matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in retail, fashion, or e-commerce.
• Strong experience in handling customer escalations, service recovery, and online customer platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data, trends, and service performance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak retail seasons.
• Fluency in English is required; Tamil will be an added advantage.
