Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial feasibility analysis for EPC projects (pre-bid and post-award)
- Prepare and analyze: Project budgets and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) Project cashflow forecasts Financial metrics such as IRR, NPV, Payback Period, and project gross margin
- Evaluate whether a project is financially viable or at risk of loss
- Monitor and control: Cost overruns Budget vs actual variances Progress billing and revenue recognition
- Provide early warning on potential financial risks and losses
- Support tender pricing and project risk assessment
- Coordinate with: Engineering (BOQ and design changes) Procurement (material costs and vendor pricing) Construction (project progress and cost realization)
- Prepare periodic project financial reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Engineering (with strong finance exposure)
- 5–8 years of experience in: Project Finance Project Control Finance roles within EPC / Construction / Energy / Infrastructure companies
- Strong understanding of: EPC project costing Long-term project cashflow management Contract terms and variation order financial impact
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Experience in project-based accounting
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
