The Job

• Lead and manage the institution’s IT infrastructure and support team to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable systems.
• Oversee networks, servers, cloud platforms, data centers, and endpoint environments.
• Develop and execute the IT infrastructure strategy, including modernization and cloud initiatives.
• Ensure cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity measures are in place.
• Manage vendors, budgets, incidents, and service delivery in line with best practices.

The Person

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure management with proven team leadership.
• Strong technical expertise in Windows/Linux, networking, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), virtualization, and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management, monitoring tools, and storage technologies.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and industry frameworks.
• Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and ability to perform under pressure.
