Executive – Brand Marketing
The MJF Group is a vertically integrated business in the tea industry, encompassing growing, manufacturing, branding, and marketing of tea. As Sri Lanka’s only truly global tea brand, Dilmah is present in over 100 international markets and continues to grow with purpose, authenticity, and integrity.
We are now seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive – Brand Marketing to support the execution of brand initiatives and contribute to the continued growth and strength of the Dilmah brand.
The Role
The Executive – Brand Marketing will support the planning and execution of brand campaigns, promotional activities, and marketing programs across local and international markets. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand communication, strong market execution, and delivery of brand objectives.
This position plays a key role in building brand visibility, consumer engagement, and brand loyalty while supporting sales and business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of brand marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Assist in coordinating ATL, BTL, and digital marketing activities
- Support product launches, activations, and brand communication initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners
- Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and market feedback
- Ensure brand guidelines and standards are consistently upheld
Knowledge & Experience Required
- A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in brand marketing or a related marketing role
- Strong interest in brand building and consumer marketing
- Exposure to digital and social media marketing will be an added advantage
- Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- University graduate in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline
