What You’ll Actually Be Doing
You’ll be the first real conversation our potential students have with Metana.
Your day will look like this:
- Talking to inbound leads only (they already applied).
- Asking smart questions and actually listening.
- Understanding their goals, background, and intent.
- Qualifying whether they’re a good fit.
- Booking quality calls for senior sales closers.
- Following up and keeping HubSpot clean and accurate.
You’ll Fit Right In If You
- Have prior sales experience in Sri Lanka (any industry).
- Understand basic sales fundamentals (rapport, objections, follow-ups).
- Speak clear, confident, professional English.
- Enjoy conversations more than scripts.
- Are comfortable setting calls, not closing deals.
- Want to transition into high-ticket international sales.
