One of our prestigious clients in Oman, a well-established ice cream and dessert shop, is looking for experienced and enthusiastic service staff to join their team immediately.

SALARY: OMR 110 – 160 (Based on experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve customers professionally as a waitress, gelato server, or barista.
• Prepare and serve desserts, gelato, ice cream, and beverages according to standards.
• Prepare coffee and hot/cold beverages if assigned as a barista.
• Ensure attractive presentation and consistent product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service and preparation areas.
• Handle customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times.
• Support smooth daily shop operations and teamwork.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in an ice cream shop, café, dessert shop, or restaurant is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of dessert preparation, gelato serving, or coffee making.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work long hours and in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, neat appearance, and team spirit.
• Willingness to learn multiple roles if required.
