Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnering with Division Heads
○ Regular 1-on-1s with them
○ Diagnose performance issues related to people, structure, or KPIs
○ Act as a trusted advisor on talent, performance, and organization
- Performance & KPI Enablement
○ Cascade company KPIs to team and individual levels
○ Ensure fair, clear, and actionable evaluations
○ Coach managers on goal setting and performance reviews
- Talent Development & Training Design
○ Design hard/soft skill training for members in each division/group/team
○ Strengthen managerial capabilities in coaching and feedback
○ Combine OJT, Off-JT, and coaching approaches
- People & Organization Analytics
○ Visualize performance distribution and talent risks
○ Enable data-driven people decisions
- Change & Transformation Support
○ Support organizational changes and new structures
○ Ensure adoption, not just policy implementation
