Operation Manager (EPC Company)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily project operations and ensure execution aligns with project plans, budget, and timelines.
- Act as Project Coordinator for construction projects, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare and manage RKAP (Work Plan & Budget) for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Implement cost control and project control to monitor expenses, progress, and project performance.
- Identify operational risks and propose corrective actions to ensure project efficiency and profitability.
- Report project status, cost performance, and operational issues to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as Project Coordinator or in operational roles within the Construction / EPC industry.
- Strong understanding of RKAP preparation, cost control, and project control.
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
