Sous Chef
Role Overview Support the Head Chef in running daily kitchen operations while maintaining quality, consistency, and team discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Head Chef with service, prep, and kitchen management
- Supervise and guide commis chefs
- Ensure food quality, portioning, and presentation
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Lead the kitchen when required
Requirements
- Previous experience as Sous Chef / Senior CDP
- Strong kitchen leadership and food knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
Chef (CDP / All-Rounder)
Role Overview Handle your section independently while delivering consistent, high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items to standard
- Manage service and prep for your section
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety
- Support team during busy service
Requirements
- Professional kitchen experience
- Strong understanding of café / casual dining food
- Reliable and team-oriented
Commis Chef – Level 2
Role Overview Assist senior chefs with prep and service while developing core kitchen skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Food prep and basic cooking
- Support service operations
- Follow recipes and plating standards
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness
Requirements
- 1+ year kitchen experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and improve
Commis Chef
Role Overview Entry-level role for those starting their kitchen career.
Key Responsibilities
- Basic food prep and cleaning
- Assist senior chefs during service
- Learn kitchen workflow and standards
Requirements
- Basic kitchen knowledge or culinary training
