Responsibilities:

• Design user interface designs and strategies that will mimic the actual user interaction with a digital project by creating UIUX frameworks for application, system and data management
• Conduct in-depth requirement analysis, validation and verification, with research, benchmarking, discussion, and convert that into appealing, highly usable interfaces.
• Create mock-up and develop user flow to get product compatibility.
• Responsible for understanding project brief and working with the product team to seek deeper appreciation of our problem/goals through usability tests.
• Develop understanding of the end users of the web application or mobile application through secondary and primary research (user interviews, traffic data).
• Capable of generating user personas and user scenarios.
• Prepare prototypes of site/features, storyboards, wireframes, and user flows for internal review and brainstorming.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Analyst, UX Designer, or similar role for web or mobile applications.
• Preferably has experience working in a startup environment.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user research methods.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows effectively.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
