Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional to ensure our retail shops maintain the highest standards of presentation, inventory management, and operational excellence. This role blends interior design sensibilities, retail management, and operational oversight, ensuring that our flower displays are visually stunning, well-stocked, and waste is minimized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular shop visits to inspect visual displays, flower arrangements, and overall store presentation, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are properly stocked and rotated.
• Track and analyze flower wastage, implement strategies to reduce losses.
• Advise on store layout, visual merchandising, and interior design improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Provide feedback and guidance to shop managers and staff on operational and aesthetic standards.
• Support the Head of Retail in implementing SOPs, quality checks, and reporting mechanisms.
• Collaborate with marketing or events teams to ensure displays reflect seasonal themes, promotions, or campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Background in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
• Experience in team management or coaching staff preferred.
• Ability to travel between shops as needed.
• Analytical skills to track stock levels, wastage, and display performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
