**Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement & Growth** Be the central figure in keeping conversations active across platforms like Discord, Twitter, and Telegram. Engage with community members, spark discussions, and provide answers to foster meaningful conversations. Continuously identify and implement strategies to optimize and enhance community interactions, ensuring they are valuable and engaging.

Event Management Collaborate with the Metana community team to organize and execute online and offline events, including AMAs, coding challenges, and hackathons. Work closely with Web3 founders, influencers, and external partners to bring impactful events to life. Assist in promoting and amplifying events to drive participation and build stronger community bonds.

Community Building Moderate conversations, ensuring a positive and professional tone is maintained at all times across all platforms. Look for opportunities to grow the community by introducing new initiatives and enhancing member experiences. Act as a resource for new members, ensuring they feel welcome and informed within the community.

Partnerships Assist in following up on important partnership discussions and ensuring all proper documentation is in place. Contribute to the creation of long-term partnership strategies, focusing on educational, community, and strategic collaborations. Help design social media and marketing campaigns that support Metana’s co-marketing and brand-building efforts.

Experience: - Passion for Web3, technology, and a keen understanding of the developer and builder mindset.
