Emerald, Sri Lanka is No. 1 Menswear Brand with over 70 years of excellence, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer / Executive to strengthen our corporate sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers and potential clients regularly to collect new sales orders.
• Attract and develop new customers to improve overall sales performance.
• Follow up on Emerald Pro and Emerald corporate sales inquiries received from Head Office or management.
• Follow up confirmed orders and ensure they are completed and delivered within agreed deadlines.
• Carry out field visits to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related matters.
• Maintain proper records of sales visits, orders collected, and customer details.
• Identify new market opportunities and support continuous sales growth.
• Provide regular updates and basic reports on field sales activities to management.

Requirements

• GCE O/L qualification & GCE A/L.
• Part qualification in SLIM or CIM will be an added advantage.
• Male candidates preferred due to the nature of fieldwork.
• Previous experience in field sales or a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
• Fluency in Sinhala is mandatory; working knowledge of English is required.
• Strong customer handling, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and delivery deadlines.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
• Basic computer literacy (Email, MS Excel).
• Possession of a valid bike-riding license will be an added advantage.
