We are a dynamic IT managed services startup dedicated to delivering innovative and reliable technology solutions to our clients. We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud to join our growing projects team. If you have hands-on experience and have successfully contributed to at least one SAP implementation or migration project, we want to hear from you.

Term: Full-Time, 6-month Contract (with possibility of extension)

Role Purpose

Develop analytical datasets, dashboards, and insights products leveraging SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Act as a domain expert for data modelling, KPI definitions, and self-service enablement while ensuring data accuracy and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise SAP Datasphere models (views, federated models, transformation flows).
• Develop robust SAC dashboards and stories, including advanced features (planning, scripting).
• Translate business problems into technical requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Define KPIs and semantic models for consistent reporting across the organisation.
• Conduct data validation, profiling, and reconciliation between ECC/S4 → Datasphere → SAC.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation frameworks and governance practices.
• Document report logic, definitions, and lineage for transparency and compliance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and refine dashboard interfaces.
• Support cross-functional programs (e.g., RISE, Finance Modernisation) and mentor junior analysts.

Skills & Tools

• SQL & Data Modelling: Strong SQL and data modelling (3NF, star, Data Vault or similar).
• SAP Datasphere: BW Bridge, Data Flow orchestration, semantic modelling, lineage.
• SAP HANA Cloud: Performance tuning, calculation view design, SQLScript.
• Integration: SAP SDI/SDA, ODP/SLT/replication patterns, APIs.
• CI/CD & Quality: CI/CD (Git, pipelines), testing (unit/data tests), observability (logs/metrics).
• Other: Python, Snowflake/dbt/Databricks, SAC modelling, Power BI DirectQuery/Live.

Experience

• 3+ years in analytics or BI roles with 1+ year on SAP Datasphere / HANA Cloud.
• Strong SQL/ETL/ELT capabilities; hands-on with SAP Datasphere, HANA, or BW/4HANA.
• Strong SAP Analytics Cloud experience (stories, planning, advanced features).
• Demonstrated experience with at least one SAP migration, upgrade, or integration project.
