Job Role:

The Paralegal will support attorneys and senior counsel in research, documentation, and administrative legal tasks across the U.S.-focused practice areas in capital markets, corporate, M&A, finance, intellectual property, project finance, real estate, compliance, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and summarize statutes and case law.
• Assist with drafting and organizing legal documents.
• Support due diligence and compliance reviews.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• 1–3 years of paralegal experience in a U.S. law firm.
• Strong research and organizational skills.
