Requirments

• Undergraduate or recently completed degree/diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor practices
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude

Reponsibilities

• Support employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist with attendance, leave management, and HR reports
• Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks
• Assist in organizing training and employee engagement activities
