Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance (System Certifications).
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team as Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance ( Systems Certifications). The ideal candidate should possess a BSc Degree in Food Science or Natural Science and have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role— with proven capability in managing system certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve management systems in line with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, ISO 14001, Organic, SMETA, and other applicable standards.
- Ensure ongoing system compliance by conducting internal audits as a qualified system auditor.
- Identify, develop, and implement emerging management system requirements while strengthening and optimizing existing systems.
- Organize Review Meetings through preparation of applicable system performance data and reports.
- Lead corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives .
- Deliver training and awareness on management system and certification requirements to stakeholders.
- Support External Audits, including timely responses to system-related queries and findings.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure audit readiness and effective system implementation.
- Provide technical and operational support across all Quality Assurance functions as required.
Candidate Profile:
- BSc Degree in Food Science or Natural Science.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Quality Assurance with proven capability in managing system certifications.
- Qualified Auditor in certification systems.
- Strong knowledge of quality, food safety, environmental, and product certification standards - ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, ISO 14001, Organic, SMETA, and other applicable standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English and high computer literacy.
- A team player with strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
