Purpose of the Role Responsible for improving and stabilizing the existing IT infrastructure, and implementing new digital technologies to enhance efficiency in project operations and back-office processes within an EPC company.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess existing IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.
• Improve, standardize, and optimize current IT infrastructure to ensure stability, security, and scalability.
• Implement new digital tools and technologies to improve operational and back-office efficiency.
• Support system integration across departments (engineering, procurement, construction, finance, HR, etc.).
• Assist in the implementation of ERP, project management, and document control systems.
• Provide IT support and basic training to internal users.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and consultants when required.
• Prepare basic IT documentation, SOPs, and system guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an IT Specialist, IT Support, or in Digital Transformation roles.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure (network, servers, cloud, basic cybersecurity).
• Experience in system improvement or digital solution implementation.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work with non-technical users.
