We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can build and run high-impact social and awareness campaigns, partner with influencers/creators, and own performance marketing to drive measurable growth. This role blends creativity with strong execution and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Social Campaigns

· Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).

· Own the social content calendar: campaign themes, content formats, posting cadence, and community engagement.

· Collaborate with design/video/copy (or create directly) to produce high-performing content.

· Track and report on social performance (reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth), and iterate fast.

Influencer & Awareness Campaigns

· Develop awareness campaign concepts leveraging influencers/creators and community partners.

· Source, evaluate, and onboard influencers aligned with brand and audience.

· Manage outreach, negotiation, contracts, briefs, and content approvals.

· Monitor campaign performance (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions where applicable) and maintain influencer relationships.

Performance Marketing

· Own and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (as relevant).

· Build and manage funnels: audience targeting, creative testing, landing page alignment, retargeting, and budget allocation.

· Track core performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) and report insights to stakeholders.

· Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, audiences, and offers to scale what works.

Nice to Have

· SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page optimization, content briefs, and working with writers/devs to improve rankings.

· Familiarity with marketing automation / email campaigns (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).

· Experience working with analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Looker Studio).

Requirements / Qualifications

· 3+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally with a mix of social, influencer, and paid acquisition.

· Proven track record of running campaigns end-to-end with measurable results.

· Strong creative judgment and ability to translate brand goals into campaign ideas.

· Comfortable with reporting, dashboards, and performance optimization.

· Excellent communication and project management skills.
