About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on WordPress Web Developer with a strong SEO mindset to build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites for PBN, affiliate, and gaming-related projects.

This is an execution-driven role where you’ll work with predefined templates, themes, and SOPs to deploy websites quickly, cleanly, and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy WordPress websites from scratch
• Customize WordPress themes, with a strong focus on child themes
• Edit and modify front-page.php, functions.php, and other theme templates as needed
• Implement SEO-friendly site structures (proper H-tags, schema-ready markup, clean layouts)
• Configure and optimize WordPress core settings, permalinks, and essential plugins (SEO, caching, security)
• Upload and manage content at scale
• Fix layout, CSS, and responsiveness issues
• Troubleshoot common WordPress issues, including plugin conflicts, white screen errors, and PHP warnings
• Follow clear SOPs and handle batch tasks efficiently

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress
• Comfortable editing PHP, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with child themes and theme customization
• Good understanding of SEO-friendly page structure and site speed basics
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions exactly

In addition, experience with WP-CLI, bulk site setups, or PBN environments will be considered an advantage. Basic server knowledge such as Linux and Nginx/Apache is a plus. Familiarity with internal linking, SEO footprints, and prior work on affiliate, gaming, or casino websites will also be beneficial.

Working Days

• Monday to Friday: Full day
• Saturday: Half day
