We are now looking for a Website & Platform Cordinator to own the day-to-day management of uplift.lk.

Role Overview

You will be fully responsible for keeping the Uplift platform accurate, current, professional, and conversion-ready. This is not a basic content update role. You will sit at the centre of operations, content, partners, and tech, ensuring the platform reflects real-time information and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the uplift.lk website on a daily basis
• Update and review institute pages, course listings, fees, intakes, scholarships, and eligibility criteria
• Coordinate with partner institutes to collect, verify, and publish accurate information
• Work closely with the internal tech team to test new features, report issues, and support releases
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and compliance across the platform
• Monitor site performance, broken links, outdated content, and user experience issues
• Support marketing campaigns, launches, and partner onboarding by preparing platform content
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism across all public-facing content

This role involves a lot of data management activities, such as data collection, data cleansing, data entry and data validity.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured information
• Experience managing websites, portals, or content-heavy platforms is an added advantage.
• Comfortable working with CMS systems, dashboards, or admin panels
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and follow up independently
• Good written English and clear communication skills
• Ability to work methodically under deadlines without supervision

Nice to Have

• Experience in education, EdTech, or training institutions
• Familiarity with basic UX, SEO, or analytics
• Experience working with startups or fast-moving platforms
