We are looking for a Market Insights Executive to deliver data-driven insights that guide brand, shopper/guest, channel, and innovation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse sales, shopper, and category performance using retail audits and internal data.
- Track category growth, market share, competitive dynamics, and identify opportunity gaps.
- Conduct market sizing and opportunity triangulation for NPDs and new market entries.
- Build demand forecasts using scenario-based modelling.
- Manage brand health tracking and consumer U&A studies.
- Deliver actionable insights on consumer trends and category shifts.
- Support NPD decisions through concept testing, pricing insights, and pre/post-launch analysis.
- Develop dashboards and reporting for brand, channel, and campaign performance.
- Maintain a central insights and knowledge repository.
What We Look For
- Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in market insights, analytics, or FMCG-related roles.
- Strong analytical and storytelling capability.
- Exposure to consumer research, retail audits, or performance analytics is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI/Tableau is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a values-driven mindset aligned with Dilmah.
