The Junior Executive – Client Services and Retention role at We Are Team Rocket (Pvt) Ltd offers an exciting opportunity to support client relationships, ensure account performance, and contribute to long-term client retention through data-driven insights and effective coordination. As a key member of the client services team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver value, maintain strong relationships, and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Client Account Support: Assist in managing client accounts by ensuring timely communication, follow-ups, and ongoing relationship support.
- Report Creation and Data Analysis: Prepare regular client reports, analyze performance metrics, and extract insights to support decision-making.
- Database and Information Management: Maintain accurate, well-organized client databases and documentation to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate tasks across teams, track timelines, and support the smooth execution of client deliverables.
- Client Retention and Communication: Support client retention initiatives through proactive communication, presentations, and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Interest or experience in account management, client services, or business operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare reports.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience with databases, spreadsheets, or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the Sales or Marketing industry is preferred.
