Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Content Creator to help produce engaging, influencer-style content across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, create, and edit high-quality content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content aligned with brand strategy.
3. Stay updated with social media trends, challenges, and viral content formats to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
4. Engage with online communities through comments, messages, and other interactive content.
5. Assist in managing content calendars and scheduling posts.
6. Experiment with different content formats like reels, shorts, vlogs, and live sessions.
7. Track content performance and provide insights for improvement.
8. Ensure content reflects the brand’s voice and aesthetic.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
• Familiarity with video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, etc.) and photo editing tools.
• Knowledge of influencer-style content creation and social media trends.
• Basic understanding of analytics to measure content performance.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred:

• Previous experience as a social media content creator or influencer.
• Understanding of SEO for social media and hashtags.

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred, but not mandatory).

Experience:

• 0–1 years of experience in content creation or social media management.
