As an HR Business Partner at Flow Dev you will play a key role in shaping the people strategy and building a structured, scalable, HR function within a growing software development environment.
You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that talent, performance, culture, and HR systems are aligned with business objectives and support sustainable growth. This role requires a balance of strategic partnership and hands on execution, with a strong focus on process excellence and performance management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with hands-on exposure to an HR Business Partner or HR compliance role
- Previous experience in the IT or iGaming industry is preferred
- Proven ability to partner with leadership to deliver HR solutions that support business goals
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, performance management frameworks, and HR process design
- Experience designing and implementing HR systems, policies, and scalable processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate HR data into actionable insights
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid work environemnt.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively
Key Responsibilities
A. Strengthening HR Processes through HRIS
- Map existing HR processes and identify digitization and automation opportunities
- Design and document HRIS workflows aligned with business needs
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement areas
- Develop SOPs, guidelines, and workflow documentation
- Test HRIS features and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability
B. Performance Management System
- Design and enhance the performance management framework, including competencies, KPIs/OKRs, expectations, and evaluation templates
- Develop supporting tools such as review forms, manuals, and user guides
- Drive implementation through training sessions, workflow testing, and system feedback loops
- Monitor effectiveness using dashboards, reports, and actionable recommendations
C. Strategic HR Support
- Support workforce planning and capacity analysis
- Assist with succession risk mapping and talent insights
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market research
- Develop organizational structure proposals
- Create role descriptions and competency frameworks
- Prepare HR analytics, dashboards, and leadership presentations
D. Process & Policy Excellence
- Develop, update, and standardize HR policies
- Create SOPs covering all HR functional areas
- Organize HR documentation and support internal audits
- Ensure consistency, governance, and compliance across HR practices
