About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Photographer to join the Echt Social creative team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across diverse brands and industries, from food and beverage to hotels, lifestyle, products, and commercial shoots.

You’ll be responsible for capturing visually compelling content that aligns with brand stories and campaign objectives, while working closely with our creative and marketing teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and develop concept decks and visual treatments for photography projects.
• Prepare for shoots based on creative briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
• Execute on-set photography across various categories, including hospitality, food, products, lifestyle, and commercial content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
• Assist with other productions and shoots when required.
• Edit and retouch photographs post-shoot to meet quality and brand standards.
• Manage and organise image assets and deliverables efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• A curious, energetic individual with a passion for visual storytelling and advertising.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with professional camera systems, lighting equipment, and on-location setups.
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop (DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
• Ability to adapt to different visual styles and brand requirements.
• Previous experience working with food & beverage brands or hotels is highly encouraged.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
