Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Associate – Payment Processing to handle player withdrawal transactions with accuracy and professionalism. This role requires close coordination with customer service and banking teams to ensure smooth and timely payment processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and submit player withdrawal requests to designated third-party banks.
- Accurately enter and update transaction details in internal systems.
- Follow strict timelines and double-check records to minimize errors.
- Confirm transaction statuses when requested by customer service teams.
- Identify, report, and escalate delayed or unusual transactions promptly.
- Maintain accurate transaction logs and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or transaction processing.
- Basic mathematics and accounting knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good English communication skills to coordinate with overseas teams.
- Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating/night shifts.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry systems.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
