About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Videographer to join our growing production team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about visual storytelling, who’s comfortable behind the camera and Eager to learn the ropes of shooting and editing video content for brands across the hospitality, food & beverage, and lifestyle space.

From capturing everyday moments on set to editing engaging stories for reels, social media, and digital campaigns — you’ll be involved across the full production process, with plenty of support and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing video shoots based on creative briefs and content plans.
• Capture raw video footage across multiple formats — from mobile to mirrorless cameras.
• Support in editing short-form and long-form video content for reels, social media, websites, and ads.
• Add simple text overlays, transitions, and sound where necessary to enhance content quality.
• Maintain organized files, footage backups, and project archives.
• Coordinate with content creators, stylists, and senior videographers during shoots.
• Travel to shoot locations when needed (F&B, hospitality, client events, etc.).
• Stay updated on content trends across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience in video production or content creation.
• Familiarity with camera equipment (DSLRs or mirrorless systems / Lightings / basic camera settings).
• Basic understanding of editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Cap Cut, (Experience in Davinci & Ae are plus point)
• Enthusiasm to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to different brand styles.
• A keen eye for detail, strong sense of composition, and good visual instincts.
• Willingness to travel for shoots and learn on the job.
• Previous experience with F&B or hotel brands is a bonus, but not required.
