Job Role:
The position sits within the CEO Office and is designed as a high-exposure, high-learning role for professionals at Junior Manager level who are ready to work closely with senior leadership. To support its function, this role will require site visits to Lampung and Palembang plants in the first three months to ensure hands-on understanding and stabilization of operations.
Moreover, this role will directly support the Director in overseeing business setup, operational readiness, financial and technical execution, and cross-functional coordination during the critical early phase of the company’s growth, as well as in establishing, managing, and strengthening the financial and accounting foundation of the company’s clean energy businesses, while acting as a trusted finance counterpart within the CEO Office, ensuring financial discipline, transparency, and readiness as projects move from setup into operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain accounting records, financial controls, and reporting for clean energy projects
- Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow tracking, and financial analysis for CEO-level decisions
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring across projects and operational sites
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, general ledger) and ensure accurate financial records
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax consultants to ensure regulatory compliance
- Ensure alignment with Indonesian accounting standards and basic governance requirements
- Act as finance liaison between operations, engineering, and senior leadership
- Support investment analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning for new projects
- Assist the Director with ad-hoc strategic and operational finance matters
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting from reputable local or overseas universities.
- Experience Level: At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit roles, preferably within project-based, asset-heavy, or investment-driven environments, and currently on Junior Manager or equivalent.
- Industry Background: Clean energy, renewable energy, infrastructure, industrial projects, investment holding companies, early-stage, or project-based businesses.
- Core Expertise: Management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and basic investment analysis.
- Tools & Systems: Advanced Microsoft Excel (financial models, pivot tables, scenario analysis), accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, Jurnal, or similar), basic financial modeling templates.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, taxation basics, and coordination with auditors and tax consultants.
- Language: Language: English (professional business level to understand technical terms and to communicate with stakeholders).
