Operating as an early-stage organization with a lean structure and direct involvement from the leadership team, the company values integrity, learning agility, and long-term commitment, and is well suited for professionals who thrive in building from the ground up and are motivated by impact rather than hierarchy.

Job Role:

The position sits within the CEO Office and is designed as a high-exposure, high-learning role for professionals at Junior Manager level who are ready to work closely with senior leadership. To support its function, this role will require site visits to Lampung and Palembang plants in the first three months to ensure hands-on understanding and stabilization of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support setup, commissioning, and stabilization of biomass fuel and waste-to-energy plants
  • Monitor plant performance, operational issues, and technical efficiency
  • Coordinate with plant teams, vendors, contractors, and EPCs on technical matters
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational readiness and issue resolution
  • Track project milestones, technical risks, and on-site challenges
  • Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide technical input for management decisions, feasibility analysis, and expansion planning
  • Evaluate new technologies, processes, and potential project opportunities
  • Act as technical liaison between engineering, finance, and management teams within the CEO Office

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Energy Engineering with 5+ years in engineering, operations, or project roles within renewable energy, biomass, waste-to-energy, power plants, or industrial facilities
  • Experience in plant setup, commissioning, stabilization, operational improvement, and project-based execution including milestone tracking, risk management, and site readiness
  • Strong understanding of biomass fuel processes, waste conversion, thermal systems, and industrial energy generation
  • Ability to monitor plant performance, technical KPIs, and operational efficiency, including troubleshooting and coordinating with engineers, operators, contractors, EPCs, and vendors
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with engineering tools (AutoCAD, CMMS) and technical documentation review (drawings, manuals, SOPs, vendor proposals)
  • Able to translate technical issues into management-level insights, support feasibility discussions, expansion planning, and cross-functional collaboration with finance and leadership
  • Professional English communication, strong ownership mindset, resilience, learning agility, and practical problem-solving approach
