We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead – CORE with strong expertise in AI/ML and Fullstack Development to drive the development of our core platform. This role plays a key part in building high-performance, AI-powered systems and scalable platforms.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• AI/ML & Core Platform Development
• Design and implement AI-powered automation, search systems, and data retrieval models
• Build LLM-driven applications using LangChain, RAG, and embedding techniques
• Enhance workflow automation using Haystack, LangGraph, and Vector Databases

Fullstack Development

• Develop scalable microservices and event-driven architectures
• Build backend systems using Python, Java, and Node.js
• Create AI-integrated dashboards and applications using React.js, Angular, and TypeScript

AI Deployment & DevOps

• Deploy and monitor AI models on Kubernetes, OpenShift, and cloud platforms
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and scalable deployments

Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor junior developers and AI engineers
• Enforce best practices in software engineering and AI deployment
• Drive innovation in AI-based workflow automation and platform scalability

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML and fullstack development
• Strong expertise in LLMs, NLP, and deep learning models
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience in microservices, APIs, DevOps, MLOps, and CI/CD

🔹 Must-Have Skills

• Expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, Haystack, and LangGraph
• Strong knowledge of NLP and semantic search
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Neo4j)
• Speech-to-Text technologies (Whisper, Google Text-to-Speech)
• Backend: Java, Python, Node.js, Spring Boot
• Frontend: React.js, Angular, TypeScript
• Microservices & API Development
• DevOps: Jenkins, OpenShift, Kubernetes
• AI-powered search techniques (HyDE, MMR, LLM reranking)

🔹 Preferred Skills

• Experience in AI-powered chatbots and IVR automation
• Dashboard development and AI monitoring (Splunk, AppDynamics, OpenTelemetry)
