🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams
• Translate business goals into clear product roadmaps and technical requirements
• Lead solution design, prototyping, and validation of AI workflows and automation use cases
• Drive product discovery, journey mapping, and solution ideation workshops
• Manage change requests, impact analysis, and expectation setting
• Conduct client demos, proof-of-concept validations, and feedback sessions
• Support backlog prioritization and sprint planning with product and engineering teams
• Prepare business cases, reports, and insights dashboards for stakeholders
• Ensure smooth collaboration across design, engineering, QA, and delivery teams
• Contribute to pre-sales, proposals, and solution design activities

🔹 Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
• Ability to engage and align technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in AI, digital transformation, or technology-driven environments
