We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Technical Architect to lead the design and development of our cutting-edge AI Multi-Agent workflow orchestration platform. 🔹 Key Responsibilities

Technical Architecture & Solutioning

• Lead the end-to-end architecture of GenAI solutions using Multi-Agent Systems, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, and LLM/SLM integrations
• Develop solution blueprints, architectural standards, and best practices for AI workflow orchestration

Hands-on Engineering Leadership

• Actively participate in coding, prototyping, and development of critical components
• Work with LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, vector databases, AI-powered agents, and pipelines
• Implement Voice Agents, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Realtime Speech-to-Speech solutions

Team Mentorship & Development

• Mentor and guide technical leads and engineers, fostering innovation, autonomy, and accountability
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards, AI solution best practices, and technical roadmaps

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Delivery, and client teams to translate business objectives into technical solutions
• Communicate architectural strategies and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Best Practices & Standards Enforcement

• Drive adoption of best practices in AI architecture, scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization
• Ensure alignment with Responsible AI guidelines and regulatory standards

🔹 Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in Software Development and Solution Architecture, with hands-on AI experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience building AI solutions for enterprise-scale, high-performance use cases

Hands-on experience with:

• Generative AI & Multi-Agent Systems: LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face
• AI Workflows & Integration: LLM/SLM, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, Prompt Engineering, MCP, A2A
• Data Pipelines: Ingestion, transformation, model integration
• Voice & Speech Technologies: Voice Agents, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, Realtime Speech-to-Speech
• Vector Databases: PgVector, Pinecone, Milvus, Neo4j
• Backend & APIs: Python, Node.js, Microservices, REST/WebSocket APIs
• Infrastructure & Cloud: AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Terraform
