Job Role:

The Lead Architect serves as Architect-in-Charge and is fully responsible for the architectural integrity, regulatory compliance, and technical coordination of assigned projects. This role leads architectural execution across all project phases and acts as the primary professional representative when coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

In this early and development stage, the person will be closely working with the General Manager, and requiring strong ownership of design quality, documentation accuracy, and statutory compliance, while also providing leadership and technical guidance to internal architectural teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Architect-in-Charge, ensuring architectural integrity, technical quality, and compliance with Indonesian building regulations
• Lead architectural design across all project phases, from concept development to detailed design and construction documentation
• Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings, details, specifications, and statutory submission documents
• Manage and coordinate PBG and SLF submissions, including liaison with local authorities and external consultants
• Coordinate architectural scope with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design delivery
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical clarifications during the construction phase
• Participate in coordination meetings with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and quality control for junior architects and drafting teams
• Ensure design consistency, accuracy, constructability, and regulatory compliance across all project stages

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university with a valid STRA (mandatory)
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in architectural practice, including responsibility as Architect-in-Charge or Lead Architect, preferably within consultancy or regulated/industrial projects
• Strong expertise in architectural design development, construction documentation, and cross-discipline coordination, with solid knowledge of Indonesian building regulations and PBG & SLF processes
• Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory), with experience in Revit/BIM tools and Microsoft Office for documentation, reporting, and coordination
• Professional level English with the ability to communicate technical matters effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities
• High level of professional accountability, strong attention to detail, disciplined documentation approach, and proven ability to lead and coordinate across stakeholders in compliance-driven projects
