Job Role:

The Structural Engineer is responsible for delivering safe, compliant, and efficient structural designs that support architectural intent and regulatory requirements. This role works closely with architects and MEP engineers to ensure integrated project execution from design development through construction support.

In this early and development stage, the person will be closely working with the General Manager, and acts as the Engineer-in-Charge for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with Indonesian structural codes and regulations, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders from concept, design development, to construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and technical specifications ensuring safety, efficiency, and constructability
• Develop structural concepts aligned with architectural intent and site conditions
• Prepare and review documentation for regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with Indonesian building codes
• Support authority reviews and provide technical clarifications as needed
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other disciplines for integrated design delivery
• Review shop drawings and provide construction support, responding to site and contractor inquiries

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of experience in structural engineering, including roles as Engineer-in-Charge, preferably in consultancy or regulated/industrial projects
• Expertise in structural analysis and design for concrete and steel structures, following Indonesian codes and standards
• Proficient in ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, and AutoCAD; professional-level English for technical communication
• Detail-oriented, technically rigorous, with strong coordination, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
