Job Role:
The Vertical Solution Expert (VSE) for the FSI Account is a strategic industry role designed to bridge customer business needs, industry scenarios, and ICT solutions. The focus of the role is to gain insights into the financial services industry—including banks, non-banks, and fintech—and to formulate strategies that enhance the competitiveness and adoption of industry-specific ICT solutions.
This position plays a key role in driving solution adoption and commercial success for FSI-sector clients by collaborating closely with key accounts, sales teams, partners, and internal solution units. The VSE acts as an industry advisor and solution owner, combining industry expertise, customer engagement, and solution commercialization rather than focusing solely on technical delivery or presales functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the industry solution focal point for FSI-sector key accounts, supporting opportunity identification, solution shaping, and deal closure
- Engage directly with C-level and senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate industry challenges into ICT solution opportunities
- Lead scenario-based solution planning, collaborate with internal teams, and support implementation of end-to-end FSI industry solutions
- Promote and support ICT solutions across cloud computing, data center, campus networks, SD-WAN, digital transformation platforms, and IT/OT integration
- Participate in industry marketing activities, customer workshops, presentations, and proposal preparation, sharing successful project cases to support sales and presales teams
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ICT, or related technical disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in pre-sales, key account management, or ICT solution roles, with exposure to the financial services industry (banks, non-banks, fintech) and digital transformation projects
- Strong understanding of FSI operations, automation systems, data networks, and industrial ICT architecture
- Hands-on experience with ICT systems for banking, fintech, digital banking, payment systems, IT/OT integration, and multi-vendor solution ecosystems
- Strategic, results-driven, analytical, collaborative, adaptable, with professional-level English communication skills
