We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Associate – Risk & Compliance / Risk Management Officer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in risk management and compliance.

Support risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and internal audit activities

Assist in preparing reports and analytical documents

Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards

Maintain accurate records and documentation

🔹 Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Management, Finance, Law, or related field

✅ 1–2 years’ experience in Risk Management / Internal Audit / Compliance (preferred)

✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English – speaking & writing)

✅ High attention to detail and ethical judgment

✅ Willingness to work in shift schedules
