We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in managing international shipments, optimizing procurement costs, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced supply chain environment.

Your Role

• Coordinate air and sea freight for international shipments (both inbound and outbound), ensuring timely delivery and preventing demurrage or detention charges;
• Prepare, review, and audit all international shipping documentation ensuring full compliance with local and international regulations;
• Analyse import and export–related costs (such as freight, duties, and taxes), and identify opportunities to optimise and reduce procurement costs;
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times with local and international suppliers, while monitoring supplier performance based on cost, quality, delivery reliability, and service standards;
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and compliance;
• Collaborate with the team to organise and improve storage space utilisation based on project and operational requirements.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• 2 or more years of experience in procurement, logistics, and/or supply chain operations
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, Incoterms, and customs documentation
• Proven experience in international freight coordination (both air and sea)
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• High proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets with advanced formulas and data analysis
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally
