About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to design and build high-performing, visually polished, and conversion-focused websites. You’ll work closely with design, product, and marketing teams to translate ideas into responsive, scalable Webflow experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong front-end fundamentals with a sharp eye for UX/UI and understands how websites drive business results—not just look good.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive websites using Webflow
• Convert designs (Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD) into pixel-perfect Webflow builds
• Create reusable components, CMS collections, and scalable structures
• Optimize sites for performance, SEO, and accessibility
• Implement animations and interactions using Webflow logic
• Integrate third-party tools (forms, CRMs, analytics, APIs, Zapier, etc.)
• Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on landing pages and experiments
• Troubleshoot bugs and continuously improve UX and site speed

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4+ years experience building websites with Webflow
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
• Experience working with Webflow CMS & dynamic content
• Responsive design and mobile-first development
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and performance optimization
• Experience integrating tools like HubSpot, GA, Stripe, Airtable, Zapier, etc.
• Good eye for design, typography, and layout
• Ability to work independently and deliver clean, maintainable builds

Nice to Have

• Custom code embeds or JS enhancements
• Experience with Finsweet Client-First or similar structure systems
• Basic UX/UI design skills
• A/B testing and CRO experience
• SaaS or startup experience
• Knowledge of React/Next.js or other front-end frameworks
