Uniro Paints (Pvt) Ltd is a Sri Lankan paint manufacturing company with over 20 years of experience. In addition to manufacturing, we have an in-house software team that builds internal systems and modern SaaS products.

We are looking for a UI/UX Engineer to join this team. You will have the opportunity to work on tools like ERP and HR systems, as well as mobile apps, websites, and SaaS products with modern, clean, trendy UI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces for ERP systems, mobile applications, websites, and SaaS products
• Produce high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma
• Translate complex functional requirements into clear and intuitive user interfaces
• Apply and contribute to design systems to ensure consistency and scalability
• Collaborate closely with software and QA engineers during implementation
• Produce relevant documentations and support in requirement analysis with other team members

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 - 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, variants)
• Experience designing web and mobile applications
• Solid understanding of usability principles and modern UI standards
• Ability to structure and simplify complex requirements
• Comfortable with written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
